What will I be doing? The Seasonal Welcome Liaison is the first point of interaction for a majority of guests as they arrive on the resort property. This individual represents the hotel in a warm, enthusiastic, and courteous manner as they welcome arriving guests and greet departing guests. Because of this responsibility, this individual thrives on providing exceptional service to hundreds of people per day. The Welcome Liaison regulates access to the property, identifies VIP guests, and provides clear and concise directions to guests regarding their arrival, parking options, and parking rates. They will direct traffic to ensure a safe and efficient flow in and out of the resort property.…
