What you'll do Reporting to the General Counsel, you will lead Brex's Regulatory Affairs function and guide the company's relationships and interactions with its federal and state regulators, including the OCC, the Federal Reserve, FINRA, and state licensing agencies. You will ensure Brex proactively responds to a changing regulatory environment and delivers on its commitments to regulators accurately and on time. This is a role for a strong program manager as much as a regulatory expert. You will run the end-to-end regulatory engagement lifecycle: exam preparation and logistics, fulfillment of supervisory requests, coordination of responses across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business teams, and disciplined tracking of findings, commitments, and corrective actions through to closure.…
