SpaceXAI’s legal team plays a critical role, working closely with finance, tax, accounting, operations and engineering, to achieve our mission. This role is for someone passionate about working at the intersection of AI and law. As a Corporate Counsel, you will support and lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, partnerships and other strategic transactions. You’ll also handle corporate governance and subsidiary management and provide counsel to multiple internal clients on a wide variety of complex legal and business issues.
