The Business Technology Workflows is the largest business at ServiceNow – and its core. We build the products that run the technology estate— Service Management (Incident/Problem/Change), Operations Management (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.), the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management, and Portfolio Management. Our customers use us to gain visibility of their technology estate, understand how it connects and performs, and act on it.
