SUPERVISOR, PRECISION MACHINING - 2ND SHIFT The Starlink Precision Machining team machines and delivers single digit micron tolerance and difficult-to-source parts at production volumes. The 2nd shift Precision Machining Supervisor will drive a culture of quality while developing exceptional Machinists, Quality Specialists, and Technicians. As a technical leader, the Precision Machining Supervisor will meet customer rate demands, proactively identify and resolve production schedule issues, continuously develop and improve production processes, and inspire the team to achieve consistent machining excellence RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage a team of Technicians, Quality Specialists, and Machinists Provide technical guidance and unblock challenging machining issues Meet demand requirements…
