About the team/role Reporting to Checkr’s Vice President, Corporate & Commercial, you’ll be a key member of a lean, collaborative legal team, helping deliver the corporate legal work behind Checkr’s next stage of growth — including IPO readiness, M&A, securities, and corporate governance. You’ll own defined corporate and transactional workstreams with direct guidance from the Vice President, providing crisp, risk-based advice and knowing when to escalate or bring in outside counsel. Working closely with the Finance and Corporate Strategy teams and external counsel, you’ll help build the processes and playbooks that let Checkr’s legal function scale with the business. This role is based in our San Francisco office.…
