This role is an essential member of Enterprise Architecture and Governance within Global Technology at Willis Towers Watson reporting directly to the Chief Architect. The role is crucial for designing and developing the overall architecture — including governance, processes, and tools — that align WTW's services with its business goals, and for maintaining a trusted, single source of truth for WTW's application landscape. This role serves as a strategic bridge between business leadership, technical implementation teams and Enterprise Technology. The focus areas for the role include strategy, architecture and governance working with ITSM architects, application teams and process owners. This is a remote role open to anywhere in the United States.
