About this job
The cage cashier executes all monetary transactions for guests and is assigned to a window bank. The cage cashier must provide excellent guest service at all times. Greet customers and give friendly, accurate and efficient service. Exchange coin and gaming chips for currency, cash, checks, issue window markers, redeem slot tickets and safe deposit boxes, enter marker, fill and credit slips. Communicate by telephone for customer service and pit information. Stand for eight hours with stooping and bending. Operate a computer, knowledge of software programs utilized by department, to input, update, and access customer credit and other information. Complete transactions and documentation in accordance with gaming regulation requirements and company policies and procedures.…
