The Dealer will perform dealing services at assigned gaming table in accordance with established policies and procedures. (These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) The Dealer will deliver internal and external guest service in Boyd Style. Always exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor. Be polite and courteous when speaking with guests and team members. Look for and act upon opportunities to assist guests and team members.
