The Senior Specialist, Change Management will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans. This includes, but is not limited to, change management planning,, communication strategy and execution, stakeholder adoption, training curriculum design/maintenance, and creation and maintenance of training courses and course assets. The Senior Specialist, Change Management role will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency which will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.…
