Under general supervision performs various cardiology technical procedures. The individual should prepare for the appraisal interview by completing a brief summary of specific accomplishments during the past year, problem areas that need attention, personal/professional growth plans and work goals for the coming year. The evaluator should complete this appraisal by specific documentation of how well the individual accomplished/handled the major functions of his/her position.…
