Responsibilities: Administrative: Provides leadership support to nurse manager for unit daily management and program management. Monitors nursing staffing, operational and care needs, to assure resources available to provide quality patient care, within a specified shift or time frame. Maintains unit safe staffing levels through just in time recruitment. Assists nursing manager with direct supervision of nursing staff, including scheduling and evaluations.…
