Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking an Immigration Specialist with a strong background in managing the full lifecycle of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes to join our Legal team. As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for filing employment-based immigration petitions and applications, strategizing individual cases, and providing recommendations on immigration matters to internal and external stakeholders. This role will work directly on U.S. visa petition filings and immigration compliance projects. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an empathetic, and judicious approach to handling employee immigration concerns.…
