As the founding Digital Solutions Consultant for the Americas, this leader will be brought into strategic energy industry accounts at the moments that matter — providing the technical depth, domain credibility, and consultative presence that converts complex opportunities into wins. You are measured on impact: deal velocity, win rate on engaged opportunities, and overall digital portfolio performance across the territory. This is a player-coach role. For the first 12–18 months you personally drive the consulting engagement model — plant floor to boardroom — building the repeatable playbook.
