We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Corporate Actions to join our GCO team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Corporate Actions - IC3Responsible for performing mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody and accounting processing requirements, such as dividend payments, reorganization/proxy, bond redemption, etc. Also responsible for managing and controlling high levels of risk and liability inherent in the various functions and for reconciliation activities, client reporting and proration on transactions. Meets with organizational units/teams to ensure corporate action events are being addressed appropriately.…
