POSITION SUMMARY The Mechanical Fitter is responsible for safely and effectively preparing and assembling mechanical components from intake to shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, working with various hand and power tools, operating forklifts to move large material, and using overhead cranes within a manufacturing or assembly environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a positive, solutions-focused, and productive attitude in support of plant goals for reliability, safety, integrity, quality, and overall performance.
