We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Pittsburgh In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Own the end-to-end Trade processing until settlement, including task allocation, controls, quality, and risk management Act as the primary point of contact for process queries, client escalations, and senior stakeholder communication Build strong, trusted client relationships and ensure consistent, accurate service delivery Ensure full compliance with BNY policies and all regulatory daily, weekly, monthly, and annual requirements, including timely escalation of control breaches Lead and manage the team, including workload planning, performance management, coaching, training,…
