This job is onsite and works from Wednesday to Saturday from 6am-3pm in Cranbury, NJ. How you create impact Act as primary on-site contact for warehouse system issues, providing first-level troubleshooting and escalating to IT as needed. Monitor system performance and maintain WMS data, including location master data, SKUs, and system configurations. Support system updates, validate setups, and ensure alignment with customer and operational requirements. Deliver user support and training for warehouse staff, including onboarding and new system features. Maintain process documentation, update SOPs, and support accurate reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.…
