Maintaining QCDM work standards and standard performances (compliance + quick response) Ensure installations & equipment start, and production start according to standards, and OK starts (1st part release). Performs production according to standards. Detects problems (deviations from standards). In case of problem detected, reacts according to the standard of reaction, for instance regarding KOSU/KTRP ones. Is involved in Quick Response actions. Liaise between the team and the supervisor. Assigns operators to workstations and Optimise resources and operators depending on workload. Checks respect of standards and facilitates the job of the APT (changeovers, procurement,…) Anticipate change-overs and facilitate production to avoid disruptions.…
