The Technical Consultant is a client-facing technical advisor who helps translate business needs into reliable MHK solutions. This L2 client heavy role investigates root causes across data, integrations, configuration, and system behavior; supports implementation and validation; and guides solution decisions. By coordinating with clients and internal teams, this Technical Consultant will use a white glove approach to help resolve complex issues and deliver sustainable outcomes. Hybrid: This hybrid role is based in Tampa, FL, and will work onsite three (3) days per week.…
