The HR Generalist will assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR practices and programs in support of SO business objectives. Primary areas of responsibility include support in talent acquisition, HR analytics, Onboarding, communication plan and support positive cultural preservation. Essential Functions: Implementing end-to-end recruitment process, including: Profile alignment and consulting with hiring manager Job posting and advertising Managing applicant tracking system Liaising with 3rd party recruiters or leasing agencies Attending job fairs, if available Resume and phone screening interviewing Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers Arranging candidate travel (if needed).…
