The Senior Operator is responsible for the timely execution of daily production requirements, achieving safety, housekeeping, quality and rate objectives and participating in continuous improvement activities as directed. The Senior Operator must be able to work independently within the framework of a team while demonstrating a positive attitude. Specific Responsibilities: To understand and comply with all Sika safety, site security and environmental policies. Achieve established housekeeping objectives adhering to established best practices and ensuring work areas are maintained and left in a clean and orderly fashion. To execute production processes according to established quality guidelines while reporting process variations in a timely fashion.…
