Sika is looking for an experienced Lead Machine Operators to join its growing team in the Sealy, TX area for our roofing business. The Lead Operator is responsible for ensuring successful operation of the production line. Their primary function will be to lead a crew of operators, while ensuring the machine is running safely and properly. ( 3 shifts available, 1st, 2nd and 3rd) Oversee startup, shutdown, and operation of key pieces of equipment Operation of equipment through PLC driven HMI interface Communicate effectively and in a professional manner with the team Basic troubleshooting of equipment and knowledge of how to handle specific situations/issues Communicate issues and concerns to both maintenance and management.…
