ABOUT THE ROLE The Chief Strategy Officer will own Group strategy and major strategic initiatives across ActAI and its portfolio of businesses. The role will identify where the group should compete, invest and expand, and turn those decisions into executable plans. The role will also own group-level positioning and communications around major corporate developments. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Develop Group strategy across existing businesses, new products and markets. - Evaluate new businesses, markets, competitors and industry shifts and recommend where the Group should invest. - Build business cases and financial models for new opportunities and major strategic decisions. - Lead strategic initiatives including market entry, partnerships, investments and M&A where relevant.…
