APPs are responsible for following up on any tests that have been ordered and following patient care through until surgery is completed Schedule: M-F, days Orientation is 5 days/wk at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Once orientation ends (approximately 90days), move to 4x10s at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital and remote telehealth visits No nights/weekends/holidays/on-call Essential Functions: Demonstrates clinical expertise and expanded knowledge through patient care activities which may include diagnosis and management of a wide range of health problems. Responsible for health outcome of an assigned patient population. Confers with collaborating physician and other health professionals in area of clinical expertise.…
