The Terraces Skilled Nursing is seeking an experienced, confident nurse leader to serve as our Weekend Nurse Supervisor. In this role, you will be the clinical lead for the building on weekend shifts, overseeing nursing operations, resident care, staffing, clinical documentation, and facility safety. This is a great opportunity for an RN or LPN who thrives on leadership and problem-solving, enjoys supporting and coaching staff, and takes pride in keeping care and documentation standards high when the management team is off-site. You’ll have the support of the DON, ADON, and Administrator, along with the autonomy to lead your weekend team.…
