**Position is based at our Mettawa, IL headquarters and will be on site Tuesdays through Thursdays. The Head of AI Transformation & Analytics, Medical Affairs + Health Impact is a Senior Director who owns the advancement of MHI’s AI, analytics, and technology agenda. This transformational role will shift how MHI uses AI—from driving efficiency and productivity to shaping how treatment value is identified, demonstrated, and communicated to key internal and external stakeholders. The role also owns MHI technology operations and keeps platforms, data flows, analytics products, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows reliable, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.…
