THE ROLE We’re looking for a General Manager to help build and lead a new flagship Italian restaurant inside the landmark Domino Sugar Factory. Rooted in Italian traditions, the restaurant will pair wood-fired cooking and precise technique with a highly seasonal menu, sourcing ingredients directly from local NYC producers and specialty Italian suppliers. Shared plates and a lively neighborhood atmosphere will define the experience. You’ll shape the team and culture from the start, lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and set a high standard for service and warm, thoughtful hospitality.
