Position The Store Manager, South Coast Plaza is the commercial and cultural leader of the boutique, accountable for business performance, exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and the development of a high-performing team. Located within one of the region’s premier shopping and entertainment destinations, the boutique serves a diverse local, domestic, and international clientele. The Store Manager understands the luxury retail market, translates business insights into clear action plans, and creates an environment where clients and employees feel welcomed, engaged, and inspired.
