Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Program Manager to join our Campus Recruiting team in NYC. In this role, you'll own the planning and execution of the programs that sit at the heart of our campus strategy. This includes our internship experiences, early talent identification programs, and any new initiatives that help HRT connect with the strongest emerging STEM talent. You'll move fluidly between shaping a program's long-term strategy and getting the details right, applying what you learn from each cycle to make our programs better. The ideal candidate is a stellar project manager who is obsessed with organization and collaboration, and understands what great early career programming looks like.…
