Facilitates and drives cross-functional team effectiveness across the Asset Strategy Team by translating interconnected strategies into clear asset-level direction and execution within context of enterprise needs, disease area strategy, and therapeutic area objectives. Proactively identify, communicate, and manage asset and disease level risks and subsequent mitigation plans. Ensure timely and accurate reporting within asset and/or disease area, including management of systems, and partnership with planning group in development of timelines. Acts as the “COO” for the asset. Serves as the strategic thought partner to the ASL and Asset Strategy Team (AST) by synthesizing complex inputs across strategic cross-functional deliverables, and related strategies into aligned decisions and actions.…
