Senior Learning & Development Program Manager

Owns multiple large scale and/or company wide programs and initiatives. Responsible for bringing new programs to life based on current and future business needs and goals. Works with autonomy, knows when to involve others for support. Is proactive about planning and communicating program initiatives and updates. This role is hybrid and requires working out of our San Francisco office two days a week. Program Design Own and scale complex, ambiguous, and high visibility learning programs, end-to-end Design and develop engaging, creative, and impactful in-person, blended, and virtual, and self-paced learning experiences Drive collaboration with stakeholders to align global learning and development principles for a smooth and effective learner experience Launch, maintain, and scale learning…
