Job Summary We are seeking an experienced communications manager based in Austin, Texas, to serve as the embedded communications partner for Customer Operations and the Austin site. This individual will work closely with local leaders and employees to strengthen communication, engagement, and connection while supporting broader Allergan Aesthetics U.S. Commercial priorities. A core focus of the role will be establishing a strong, consistent cadence of Austin site and leadership communications, including quarterly and end-of-quarter updates, local town halls, site materials, employee announcements, and engagement campaigns. Through close partnership with Austin colleagues, the Manager will develop a deep understanding of the organization, its people, and the end-to-end customer experience.…
