We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Bilingual Property Manager fluent in English and Spanish to manage Woodland Village, a manufactured housing community in Columbia, Tennessee. This is an active, on-site management position—not a desk job. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable interacting with residents, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Spanish fluency is required because this position will serve as a primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking residents, applicants, and prospective tenants.
