THE ROLE As our HR Business Process Excellence Leader, you will architect the scalable operational foundation for HR before processes run at scale. You will define end-to-end process standards, build continuous improvement capability across all HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and create repeatable playbooks for M&A integrations and global expansions. Partnering closely with HR leadership, Global Shared Services, and cross-functional teams, your design choices become the foundational blueprint that powers Everpure’s global talent model.
