Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure & IT Operations Manager with extensive hands-on experience in enterprise virtualization, storage, backup and recovery, Windows infrastructure, and data center operations. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and modernizing the Bank's infrastructure while ensuring the availability, security, and performance of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced infrastructure engineer who can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up and provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers. This is not a traditional network administration role; the primary focus is enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies.…
