About this job

Responsible for assisting local regional and national management with the execution of store maintenance at 200 plus corporately occupied locations. Responsibilities will include assessing and determining corrective action for facilities management, while both proactively and reactively address facility maintenance, improvements, enhancements and up-keep. This position will need to work within a job specific budget and department budget annually including assessing priority maintenance and establishing national and/or regional vendors to accomplish each project. Partner across the organization through regional management to assess and determine corrective action on all facility issues including both individual retail units, corporate offices.…
