What you’ll do Lead and execute end-to-end delivery of high-priority product programs across different teams within Checkr, from early access with external customers through GA exit criteria and post-launch follow-through Build integrated program plans that define scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, success measures, and escalation paths Run the quarterly and annual product planning cadence with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership Define, track, and report on product KPIs, operational metrics, and SLAs alongside product managers, engineers, and data scientists Build agentic workflows and processes using tools like Claude Skills and Cowork to raise engineering velocity and launch quality Own cross-departmental initiatives without a single owner, such as…
