Empower Sales teams with the operational tools, training, and documentation to win The opportunity: Flexport’s Enablement team runs the programs and documentation that keep the whole company informed globally, with a heavy focus on our sales team. We’re looking for someone to run those programs day to day — from the documentation Flexport relies on across the org to a brand-new onboarding experience for our Account Executives (AEs). You’ll own the AMER Leadership Development Rotational Program and support two of Enablement’s other biggest programs: AE onboarding and ongoing sales excellence, alongside knowledge management and documentation across Flexport.…
