Senior Construction Manager - Sediments

This role manages the performance of Arcadis craft labor, subcontractors, overall site safety, and suppliers. Relays any issues related to these to clients, including any changes or deviations from plan, on a regular basis. The senior CM will be responsible for understanding the project objectives, and managing the completion of the work to satisfaction of the client. The Construction Manager regularly reports project progress and issues to the Arcadis Project Manager and maintains quality assurance requirements while monitoring code compliance issues. This individual manages and communicates deviations from general compliance with Contract Documents, clearly informing the Arcadis Project Manager and client to facilitate resolution.…
