The Senior Manager Production Reliability and Infrastructure Services is responsible for the maintenance of and continuous improvement to the facilities, equipment, and services that Aldevron uses to provide breakthrough materials to clients all around the world. This position reports to the VP, Manufacturing and is part of the Operations team located in Fargo, ND and will be an on-site role In this role, you will have the opportunity to: · Plan, organize, direct, and manage activities related to Fargo physical plants and equipment maintenance. · Lead a team of people leaders in production maintenance, infrastructure services, and metrology. · Drive a culture of continuous improvement within teams to help with numerous metrics, such as right first time, downtime, and on time delivery.…
