About the Team The Futures Engineering team sits at the intersection of R&D, applied engineering, and thought leadership within ServiceNow Futures. We build "art of the possible" proofs of concept, run customer- and partner-facing workshops and POCs, and produce technical and strategic collateral that shapes how the market sees ServiceNow as an innovation-driven, futures-forward company. The team operates in an Agile/Scrum model and is made up of Product Managers and Software Engineers.
