About the role We're looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications, Programs & Events to lead global employee communications, programs, and events that help team members stay connected to Crunchyroll’s business, strategy, culture, and leadership. Reporting to the VP of Internal Communications, you'll lead comms activities around some of our most visible internal moments, including global All-Staff meetings, leadership forums, cultural programs, and employee events. You’ll own the work from strategy and concept through execution and measurement, partnering with senior leaders and teams across the company.
