Plan, coordinate and develop activities for the Linear Technology Product Area Linear Components portfolio consisting of Ball, Roller, and Mini Rail Systems, Integrated Measuring Systems, Ball and Planetary Screw Assemblies, Bushings and Shafts, Tolerance Rings, and Ball Transfer Units. Serve as the primary source for long-term development of sales and marketing processes and plans for the product group. Own the product portfolio revenue, margin, growth, and profitability Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs. Develop Go-To-Market strategies and portfolio optimization including lifecycle phase-outs Support annual business planning, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives Define product positioning, value propositions, and market…
