Merge for Workforce helps companies give employees access to AI while controlling the tools agents use, the data they can reach, and the cost of running them. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own where Merge for Workforce goes next. Today, the offering brings together Agent Handler, which governs agent access to tools, and Gateway, which routes and controls model usage. The product and the market are still taking shape. You will decide what we build, work closely with customers to test those decisions, and get into the details as we ship. What will you be doing? - Own the product direction for Merge for Workforce. Develop a clear view of the customer, the buyer, and the problems we should solve first. - Spend time with IT and AI leaders, as well as employees using AI at work.…
