Global Investigations Manager

About this job

As an Investigation Manager, you will conduct a diverse array of investigative work over whistleblowing allegations including potential improprieties by external parties, such as agents and vendors, and violations of AXA XL’s Code of Conduct and established policies by employees. You will be responsible for performing an initial assessment of each allegation’s level of severity, creating an investigative plan, interacting with stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Claims, Human Resource, Legal, Underwriting), gathering evidence, leading sensitive interviews, providing a recommendation on action(s) to be taken, and preparing a report in support of work performed and decisions reached.…
