The EHS Manager is accountable for leading Environmental, Health, Safety, Occupational Health, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs for the Westborough site and supporting additional sites as assigned. This role has direct leadership responsibility for the local EHS team, as well as oversight and performance management of the Waste Management contractor and the Occupational Health Nurse, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with Cytiva and Danaher standards. Recognized as a subject matter expert, the EHS Manager partners closely with site leadership, Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Security, and HR to identify hazards, mitigate risk, investigate incidents, implement preventive solutions, and maintain business continuity readiness.…
