Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Building Components market strategy, including market segmentation, competitive analysis, growth forecasting, and prioritization of opportunities. Serve as the market expert for Building Components and represent Sika with customers, industry associations, and key stakeholders. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, adjacent markets, strategic partnerships, and acquisition targets. Build business cases and market assessments to support investment and growth decisions. Define and support go-to-market strategies with Business Development, Sales, Product Management, and Market & Customer Activation teams.
