The Role Electra is standing up for a new production facility in Ohio, and you'll be the person who builds it - from the first shovel in the ground through full site build-out. As Senior Manager, Infrastructure, you'll partner with manufacturing and operations leadership to turn operational requirements into a clear scope of work, own the RFP process, and manage every design, construction, and civil engineering relationship needed to deliver the site. This covers far more than the production lines themselves: utilities and mechanical systems, the paint booth, parking, and common/people areas all fall under Infrastructure.
