Tax Manager, Strategic Private Capital Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Your Role Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR) is looking to add a Tax Manager - Strategic Private Capital to its global tax team. This role will support the tax reporting, REIT compliance and transaction needs of strategic private capital structures, including joint ventures, managed investment vehicles and their investors. The position will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Treasury, business teams and external advisors to deliver accurate tax reporting, maintain compliance and support transactions throughout the investment life cycle. The role directly reports to Senior Tax Director – Private Capital.…
